Dear North Carolina Members,

We are very excited to welcome Kim Joyce of Mayodan, NC as our new IBRA State Director. We feel very blessed to have had Beth Kidd work with us for so many years and as she moves on to new ventures we wish her all the blessings possible. Beth we thank you for your years of service and for recommending such a qualified candidate as Kim to us. For those of you who do not know Kim, her and her husband Dee eat, sleep and breath horses. Horses are their passion and way of life. Along with their children Jessica and Jesse, the Joyce’s own and operate Destinyhillfarms llc. The facility offers boarding, training and lessons. Being a barrel racer for 14 years now Joyce is very familiar with the ins and outs of Barrel Racing in the state and is ready to help grow barrel racing and the IBRA. With the belief that “good horsemanship is handed down from one friend to another” we feel blessed to have Kim working with us. Please read on to an introductory letter from Kim.
